DESCRIPTION:
Ansonia Clock Co., New York, NY, "GLORIA" swing clock, time only, the arm moving slowly without apparent impulse, c1900
CONDITION:
The statue was professionally refinished and with an "antique" look. The "arm" is all original with dark green balls, shield over suspension and proper cast hands. Note some oxidation and minor paint loss on balls. This particular movement is signed on the rear plate; "Ansonia Clock Co." and also with the Ansonia logo on the right side. Overall excellent condition. Ht 28.5"
